In short: your data belongs to you.
We believe in keeping your data private and secure. We do not collect, store or analyse your personal data when you play our games or visit our website. The only exception is the technical server log kept by our hosting provider, described below.

- We don’t store cookies on our website
- We don’t run analytics or tracking scripts
- We don’t use social media plugins
- We don’t serve ads or create user profiles
- We don’t sell or share your data with third parties
Hosting
This website is hosted by HostProfis ISP Telekom GmbH, Tiroler Straße 17, 9500 Villach, Austria. When you open a page, the web server automatically records a server log with your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site, keep it stable and secure, and detect misuse.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not merge the logs with other data or use them to identify you, and they are deleted automatically after a short retention period. HostProfis processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Third-party platform services
Our games may integrate with platform services provided by Apple (App Store, Game Center, iCloud), Google (Google Play, Play Games Services, Cloud Save), Steam (Cloud, Achievements) and other gaming platforms as applicable.
When you use these platform features — leaderboards, achievements or cloud saves — your data is handled according to their privacy policies, not ours. We cannot access or control the data these platform services collect.
Contact and support
If you contact us by email for support, we will use your email only to answer your request, delete the correspondence once your issue is resolved, and never add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights under the GDPR
As an EU resident you have the right to access your data, to rectify inaccurate data, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, contact office@hawkbit-interactive.com. We respond within one month of receiving your request.
Children’s privacy
Our games may be suitable for children, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, the age of digital consent in Austria, or under the corresponding age in your country. Platform services have their own age restrictions and parental controls.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Any changes will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
